We are committed to being a zero-deforestation brand, carefully verifying all our materials only come from sustainably managed forests. FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Raffia is sustainable, plant-based material. It is biodegradable and recyclable, however in our products the material can be upcycled as well.

The products made from raffia can compost in 6 weeks.

Made from deadstock leather

The waste leather is sourced from a factory that produce shoe uppers. There is a significant amount of waste in creating shoes, therefore we use those materials to create our handles.

WE HAND-CRAFT OUR BAGS

Each product is uniquely hand-crafted using the crochet technique. Crochet is a technique that does not create any waste.

All the material that’s used is in the product. The products are made from natural materials which are biodegradable and recyclable.

We carefully screen our crafters to ensure all of our products are made according to our strict sustainable standards.

Made by hand each bag bears the finger prints of the person who fashioned it and we add a signature tag to prove authenticity.
