RETURN POLICY

We want you to be absolutely in love with Yova’s pieces. Every piece is made to order uniquely for you. We personally handmade each piece with love and we make sure that everything is in perfect shape before sending it to you.

We know that items can be damaged during shipping sometimes. We are deeply sorry if the piece you received is not in perfect condition. If you notice the product you received is damaged or faulty in any way please contact us within 2 days of receiving it at hello@yova.maison. We would happily replace your item or issue a refund.

As as fully sustainable brand, we work with natural materials only. If you take a good care of your item it can last you forever. Saying this, we don’t take complains for damages which happened after wear and tear not a proper care of the product. We appreciate your understanding.
